How to get TS2 - Ultimate Collection (Windows)

Does anyone have any tips on how to get though on live chat? I have been waiting on my 'less then 5 mins' wait since 10 am yesterday. I have refreshed and I redid (in another page) it and got the same thing. L :s L I'm thinking I might have to call on Monday. Also (dumb question) I want to make sure on this. Since Sims 2 is..well OUT I can't upload my codes to Origin right? :( :/ :(
