How to get TS2 - Ultimate Collection (Windows)

Thank you so much for letting me know of this! I just contacted EA, and luckily the second person I got on chat was very helpful and gave it to me. I probably wouldn't ask for it outright, and instead just tell them you own the base game and wanted to buy the rest of the expansions.
