How to get TS2 - Ultimate Collection (Windows)

I've noticed a lot of people aren't aware they can get the whole collection free or for the price of one used copy. Origin has been handing out a digital copy of TS2: Ultimate Collection to anyone ...

First attempt on live chat, told that the game was not available. Guess I'll have to try again!
