I bought the sims 2 legacy.. why is it not giving me my game?

Hello! so i have been really wanting to buy the sims 2 for my laptop and recently for there 25th year   they released a legacy version of the sims two that comes with packs. I don't know if ea is currently down because i have checked with websites and nothing seems to be down but for some reason when i purchased it never came to my library and so i thought it was a mistake and i rebought and its still not showing up. I have checked my billing, the customer portals etc. and its just not showing up. I requested a refund for one of my purchases of the game so that is going through but i really don't know what to do
