I cannot get Sims 2 to go and scroll in mode. You cannot change window mode

since march 14 update the window is still full screen, but all the words are tiny. Also the pics of selecting students or house are too tiny. But the furniture and sim size or loaded house is ok. And the sims toolbar has gotten too small to see. I can't read what jobs or skills are without magnifying glass. And edge scrolling will not work. even though it is turned on. i have clicked the repair on EA site, and re-installed 3 times, and checked all the settings i can find, Please please fix. i was so excited to get sims 2 again. and only got to play it a couple weeks
