Prior to performing the following, I did indeed move my The Sims 2 Legacy folder to the desktop.
- I repaired the game multiple times (at least 10 which would be shown on EA logs I believe?)
- I uninstalled the game multiple times as well (perhaps as many as 4 or 5 times). Each time I rebooted my pc.
