Infinitive Loading Screen + Missing/Deleted Sim

my sims went to a university lot together and on the way back to their dorm i was stuck in an infinitive loading screen. closed the game, loaded up again and one sim got deleted of the household (still on the fam picture but not in the household). In the memories of the remaining sim its stated as $Subject.

The Updated changed nothing for me....
