Inventory and "Make Many" Issues

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone else has come across these problems in their gameplay.

After the February 6th patch, I cannot put anything into my sims' inventories and the "make many" option on all the craft tables does not work.

My sims will make one of the items, and then leave it on the table and walk away, and I am unable to then put any of these items into their inventories. My biggest issue is with the sewing table, where my sim will craft an item, and when they finish, the item disappears and I can't interact with the sewing table at all. My sim will even have a want to buy a new sewing table despite still owning the glitched one. I was able to use all these items and features prior to the February 6th patch so I am not sure how to fix them, and I was hoping the patch released today would help but it did not.

I also cannot stock the "Main Squeezer 235X" juicer with any of my harvested fruits and vegetables, as the menu to stock this item shows I have nothing in my inventory.

I hope we can get a fix to the issues we're all experiencing soon, thank you to anyone who responds!

I had something similiar happen to one sim. Inventory was broken and I noticed she didn't find anything while digging for treasure or fishing. The animation was still there but the notice, what they got didn't pop up and nothing showed up.

I found out that it was the lot that corrupted that Sim. Everytime I move a Sim into the La Fiesta Tech 8 Room Dorm the Inventory gets broken around the first exam (which is broken also). Didn't find a solution for the corrupted Sims.

As far as I know this can also happen when the Sim has broken memory or incorrect data in their family tree. Do you play in a neighborhood where Sims disappeared?

Thank you so much for your reply. I haven't had any issues so far with sims disappearing, although my sim has stopped making new memories since the February 6th patch. I've only played with this one sim on the same lot in Pleasantview since buying the birthday bundle the day it was released, and the memory and inventory were working normal up to that point. It's frustrating there's no solution for corrupted sims, as I think you're right and that's what has happened, I just don't know how to avoid it in the future.
