If you mess them up you can use the 'Repair' option on TS2 through Origin. It will put the files back to what they were.
*If you want to play it and it won't start, you will have to modify the game files so your computer can run it. The game isn't being updated to recognize the new graphics cards so it thinks they're bad.
And make backups.
