You need to alter the files by hand. We have noticed that the GTX960 and above do not totally work with the graphic rules, it only partly does what it should. There are instructions here for editing by hand
http://simlili.tumblr.com/post/146373494212 it is actually very easy. If you are worried about messing up, you can make a copy of your graphic rules and video card files and put them on your desktop for safe keeping. You should do this anyway just in case. It only takes a couple min. to do. :)
