I used some cc I got from tumblr but have forgotten how to spell the creator's name. Or they may have just shared it. But it is in the category of blush where we can also find nose and eyelid cc to make them more realistic. If I find them again I will post the link. It's not part of hair but rather an overlay to make the Sim look like they have some baby hairs and fuzz etc. around the forehead and sides.
