If your only issue with the lights is in pics it might be better to edit them than get a lighting mod. I dont know how they work in ts2 but in ts3 even your UI was affected by it and it can look irritating. Editing pics is even easier if you have windows 10 as there is an option to do so when you open a photo, you can alter the lighting and color staturation among other things.
