Neighborhood deco disappearing and gettig replaced
When playing Belladonacove some neborhood decor is disappearing and replaced mostly the big ones.

I got the same look as you did. I put down one of the buildings and loaded away and back. It stayed the same.
So yeah, one Legacy Collection's quirk on setting up pre-made neighborhoods...
