Patch 4 problems

I posted a reply here with screenshots but I don't see it I think it didn't post properly for some reason. Deleting config folder didn't help nor did changing resolution in windowed mode. The UI and loading screens are tiny. I preferred when it was all maybe a little bit too big but at least I was able to see everything (not posting the screenshots this time because perhaps they were the issue causing my reply to not show)

I am having the same issues and deleting the config folder did not work for me. Also, running it in windowed mode just put it into a window and did not improve the size of the UI. I am also unable to chose my screen resolution in the options on the game. My game was working fine before and now it is borderline unplayable for me. 

Is there a way to reverse the last update? Without edge scrolling and tiny menu the game is unplayable. Even after deleting the Config file.

This is what I'm getting as well. I deleted Config, put into windowed mode, played around with the screen resolution but nothing fixed it. The game is now unplayable for me because I'm playing on a laptop and using edge scrolling exclusively. 

I have the same issue, the UI is very tiny now and I can't change the resolution in game. Everything was fine for me until the latest patch !

My resolution was 1600x900 and the UI was big enough  for me in borderless window mode but now it's very difficult to see something.

I managed to fix the tiny UI by changing my actual laptop screen resolution to 1600x900 but I still think that every player should have a decent UI in game without changing the resolution of the computer.
