Problem with sims 2 vacation

i have a problem with the sims 2 on vacation. my family is on vacation everything went well until they went to a public lot. now every time i want to go to my family it keeps getting stuck at the loading screen. i can't move them out of the house because they are on vacation. once a small camera screen came up just like when the doorbell rang but i couldn't go any further than this small screen while loading...

    I see that other People have the same problem. When im home again i will try to do what is said there!

    Hey melissapolman123

    This was resolved with the patch yesterday:

    Addressed some infinite loading screen issues

    Unfortunately once a save is affected by this issue it cannot be undone, so the fix only applies to new saves created after the patch.
