Randomly crashing, not saving, stuck on loading screens

If i save the game and quit then load the game back up my lot has not saved

I can visit a community lot fine but when it comes to leaving the loading screen just keeps loading and wont load up my home lot.

it crashes randomly when i click to go to neighbour hood view too, sometimes my sims wants are not viewable, a sim my sim has spoke to has not appeared on their relationships

I click on a household and it immediately crashes, I loaded the goth family and you can't see Cassandra, only the plumbob and when you click on an action for her to do nothing happens, you go to a community lot to buy clothes you cant even click on the clothing rails.

Please EA get this sorted asap so many people have raised these same issues.
