Restarting Pleasantview

In your My Documents(In my computer, under Program Files (x86) not sure if you are under 32-bit or 64-bit)
*N002 is Strangetown and N003 is Veronaville.
The other neighborhoods are located within their corresponding EP files. G001 is Riverblossom Hills, F001 is Desiderata Valley and E001 is Belladonna Cove.

It's been a while since I've had to do this, so it was a good exercise on going through the files to find the path. :D

If you have the Ultimate Collection, it's different. To get a new copy -
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Double Deluxe\Base\TSData\Res\UserData\Neighborhoods
