Sims 2: after patch stil slow on speed 4 (low fps)

Hello support

You told me that it have been fixxed.

But it did not.. Game is going very slow/stutter when using fast (4) when doing that

It tank fps very slow to about 160 to 40 , and (timer) is also acting slow and hikups.
Can you not make sims 2 more ''CPU''?
