ooof maybe created it around feb 5th? i got the crash like a week ago so i wasn't playing for too long, the sim had graduated university and that was all working well.
Ah ok, it might be that your neighbourhood was created in an earlier patch which could be the reason why the vacation issue is occurring, have you tried this with another neighbourhood?
I did eventually try last weekend with a new family and everything was fine, so i think it might have been fixed with ones of the patches!
