I downloaded the Sims 2 yesterday and played it for like 3 hours and now it has disappeared from my library. It said it was removed, and my account wasn't charged, but I have an order confirmation number, and my bank account definitely was charged. :(
if from steam.. look under library and look to the left hand side to your list of games... scroll down and see if it's there. you might need to take it up with steam if you used steam. anyway if you find it, right click and add it to favorites ... that will move it up to the top. you can move your game shelfs around... library page scroll down if you find favorites.. hover between favorites and the shelf below and you can click and drag it up.. or if you find recent games you can move that up.
the ea app sometimes does this give it a few days usually it reappears again
