Sims 2 Legacy : 'Application has crashed, application will now terminate.'

Anyone having problems with 'Application has crashed, application will now terminate.' on sims 2 legacy while create a family? How to fix it please 🙏🏻

This  is happening to me at random times just playing normally then crashes! same error message
