Sims 2 Legacy Edition: 4k resolution, stuck at 60 framerat

Hey! I have a little problem. I have a 4K monitor, but I can't select 100 FPS, even though my monitor supports 160Hz. On my other 2K monitor, I was able to set it to 100 FPS. Even when I lower the resolution on my 4K monitor, the option still doesn't appear." so i'm a bit confuse.

Ï have deleted files and rescheck it on steam but stil happen.

Specs, 

Monitor: AOC AGON PRO AG274UXP

RTX 3090

    I have discovered the cause of the issue. My monitor can be overclocked from 144Hz to 160Hz. At 144Hz, there are multiple additional refresh rate options available, such as 100Hz and others in between. However, when using the overclocked 160Hz setting, the NVIDIA control panel only provides two options: 60Hz and 160Hz.

    Would it be possible to add more refresh rate options in The Sims 2 configuration file? This would allow for higher refresh rates to be set without causing any issues?
