Sims 2 Legacy keeps crashing when I hit save. I want a refund!

For weeks now I've had issues with The Sims 2 crashing when I hit save. I spend hours working on a build just to lose all progress the moment I hit save. I don't understand how you (EA) can keep releasing broken products and charging full price, especially on older games.. I bought on steam and I want a refund
