Could you tell me if you're playing on the EA app, Steam or EPIC Games Store?

EA app. I restarted my computer and now it shows up in the app BUT The Sims won't go past 89% download

Yes, I still have this issue and I have refreshed/restarted the EA App and restarted my computer.

I followed the steps to App Recovery and Cleared Cache, but nothing has changed.

Yes, I only have one account and I usually stay logged in. I logged out and relogged back in a moment ago and followed the App Recovery and Cleared Cache, but still nothing has changed.
