Sims 2 Ultimate Collection vs Legacy Collection

EA, for those of us who have had the entire TS2 collection, and had spent a lot of money on it, shouldn't we be able to get the Legacy Collection if we already have the Ultimate Collection in our acc...

From what I've seen, Legacy only has a patch with a few improvements as well as being able to change the resolution to full HD, but apparently it doesn't have the Ikea collection, and as the Ultimate version runs smoothly on my PC with windows 11, I don't see the need to have legacy, but it would be nice if ultimate received the improvement patch that legacy has...
