Snow in summer and no job notifications

So, Im here with Legacy lol

(I also cannot edge scroll fyi)

suddenly on a new lot, it is summer and there js still snow. I tried the weather machine, even in “game options” to take away snow but flowers/trees are still dying??

then to top it off, this lot isnt getting notifications that their job transportation is here??
