@musicvibezz Please go to Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\ and delete Groups.cache and Accessory.cache files, then try launching the game.
Let me know if that fixes it.

I tried to reach the Groups.cache and Accessory.cache files and the folder is empty ☹️ I just have the folder Logs and Teleport and both of them not have the .cache you told earlier.
The game opens and then a error window appears and it close my game. Nothing's writing on this window...
Can you help me?

Heyy! I have the Sims Ultimate collection, I have installed the game via CD, and back then it was linked with the Origin. But I have Windows so I have to use the EA app but unfortunately, the game is not in the library and I cannıt play the game. every time I try to launch the game the ea app pops up and says "You don't have access". I just want to play my game! Hope you guys can help me!
