1) Gardening is fun... so don't forget Juices. Faster skilling, faster homework, random skills, platinum boost...

2) The cheapest fireplace costs 100 but after midnight- is worth 600.
3) Put a tent on a fun community lot, they can sleep in them- have a Barista stand, a BV food Stand... Fun times.
4) Pause and Stack the "Work as Barista" (7xs) or "Tend Bar" (7xs). They get paid well. :)
5) Don't want to pay bills: Put several Solar Panels on the roof (so you don't have to see them) or the wind turbines. They can even earn them money every time the mailperson visits if you use enough. (Buy/Decorative/Miscellaneous)
6) After greeting a Sim- stack the Gesture. No one turns those down. :)
7) Before greeting the Headmaster, stack the Greet... High five/Earthly Hug/Fake Out/Kiss Kiss Darling/Tough Handshake for great Schmooze points.
8) Use the Seasons... Uni in the Fall builds skills, or playing Popularity- Summer builds friendships faster, Romance Sims- Spring for Romance, and Winter for family.
9) Teens can help children with homework- which makes it go faster. Have parents help, too.
10) Uni- it's cheaper to move into a fully built house than to build one as they go. Get what you want, earn some money as a Barista/Bartender- Rent the fun house to live the Uni dream. ;)
11) Uni- Sims do keep any money they make Over the 20k graduation handout- UNLESS there are other Sims living on the Uni lot (except dorms). The money will stay behind so prepare.
12) Don't forget to stack for Toddler Training ... Smartmilk with a Sim using the Thinking cap- Fast.
13) You can group teach with a Knowledge Sim with lots of skills and the Impart Knowledge Aspiration Perk. Talk, Impart Knowledge- have more Sims join the talk. Works great up to level 7. :)
14) Not ready to pay for Maids or Gardeners... Call their friends and Influence them to do it for Free or that nice walkby Sim will do in a pinch.
