TS2 Legacy Won't Open

Purchased yesterday via the EA App. Tried to play today and it acted like it was loading the game but it just froze my entire PC. After 10mns I tried to close it via task manager and task manager froze forcing me to manually shut down my PC. This happened 3 times. 

It doesn't even take TS4 10mns to load & I have GIGs upon GIGs of Mods/CC.

For TS2 I have no mods/cc installed yet.

This is unacceptable, with all of these bugs and crashes & us not being able to play, but sadly not unexpected from EA. 

I'm over this toxic relationship. You don't care about Simmers, only fattening your already overflowing pockets.
