WCIF: A Budget Mod Similar to THE SIMS?

TS1 had a budget panel, which you can see here: https://imgur.com/a/oXF8guo TS4 just saw a mod similar to this, but I'm playing TS2 and I can't find anything. It doesn't need to be EXACTLY like TS1...
