Where does the sims2.pack files go?

It's been a while since I last played Sims 2, but I'm adding it all back today. I have two sims2.pack files (they are the Kim and Kat families in their homes), but for the life of me I just can't rem...

BTW, you need the clean installer to download sims2.pack files.
