Witches on community lot

Hi :)

You could become a witch and cast a spell that removes sims from lots.
You could also make the witch selectable with cheats and stop them from preforming the actions that you don't want them to perform.
I don't know if this will work, but you could try using cheats to disable sims from generating, and then kill the witches. This may prevent a new witch from spawning.

That always freaks me out when I see a witch on a community lot... I'm thinking oh great what are they going to do to my sims! Thanks for the mod link, RFlong7!
