Hiya! Just posting to let you know that I finished that little modern house I was working on in case you could use it. I have been practicing making starters and I didn't make it on this one - it is 22,300 simoleans! I have a few more that I'm working on and I did get better at the starter thing. :lol:

Edit: I should mention though that I'm not making one bedroom houses, I am making two bedrooms homes. I'm trying to put one full bed, one crib, and one twin bed in every house which does make it a lot more difficult but I do like a challenge. :mrgreen:
