This world is looking like a dream beach city come true! I was ecstatic to see that someone was finally building that "Super beach city" with everything included. It looks EPIC!

I have to ask you, will there be or could there potentially be an isolated 60x60 lot on the ocean that would be the prime beach real estate for a 5 Star Celebrity Vocal Legend's mansion? I've searched and searched and I can't find a world that has these attributes for a 60x60 lot. By isolated, I mean a bit secluded... with the idea that the celebrities mansion would have some decent privacy and be a bit displaced from town. I built this mansion for my Sim in BP but alas my BP save is finally dying on me LOL (89 weeks old), I want to move my Sim to a fresh save for longevity purposes but I wanted a city, that was near a beach. I can't restart BP with a new population with the same family. It defies logic. Your world is the best one I've seen yet.

If you'd be willing to create or add this in somewhere in your world not only would I be eternally grateful but I'd even be willing to buy you a present in the store :) (A good one, lol) I started Sims 3 late but I'm a builder at heart. I could upload and share many of my lots for you. Had I played Sims 3 since the get go I would have learned CAW myself and do something epic like your doing.

This world is a city & beach lovers dream!

I wouldn't say it's a Beach paradise- the beach part is much smaller then I planned- and then it was too far done to redo. :lol:

There may be part of the beach which can be made secluded- I'd have to see your lot and then can edit it for you (once the world it done). Right now it will have an Exclusive club for weddings.
It wouldn't require a gift, though.

This is still far from done. I still have lots to build and testing to do. I always miss important things that the wonderful testers find. :D
