A picture would be great. I don't have a place on the beach for a large, private mansion yet. I can edit it once the world is done. Especially if the lot is flat- I made them on hills down to the beach on this world.

@Cyberqueen13- Oh, Sure- more testers are awesome! I've only play tested for a few days so I know I'm missing a lot. Especially since there aren't many Sims. :D

Sound is added in the buildings with the apartment Hidden Room markers- ambient sounds, none, cheap, expensive. The birds are from the seagull/bird/geese effects. I wrote it down to check them. 8)
I don't know of any clothing store builds like that, sorry.
I've got some time this morning and a more this evening to work on the world. *fingers crossed* :mrgreen:
