No self respecting pirate island should be without an old pirate castle. This one has been renovated and updated by the nouveaux riche who have recently flocked to Barnacle Bay. Sorry, no ghosts of old dead pirates, because no pirates died in the castle. You'll have to supply your own.
This home was designed for a large family, of all ages. It is dog and cat ready, as well. EA Store CC. No other CC. No spawners. Please DO NOT remove the blue globe fog emitters. They make the waterfalls work.
Not shown in the pics is the two basement wine cellars. One has stairs going down from inside the house and the other has stairs going down from inside the garden shed.
The lot is 60 x 60 and fits beautifully on the empty lot of that size on the back of the island, 432 Tidal Terrace. About 251,000 simoleans, so you might want to use the freerealestate cheat to get your sim family in the house.
This is a very unusual lot, and pics cannot do it justice, especially since I am limited to only five pics. ;)
