Well, just to suit the house structure, any modern set would work, as far as the house itself. In fact, this looks like it would fit nicely into LL, if you used the sci-fi stuff.

More to the point is how you want to decorate so that it fits into Barnacle Bay. You certainly have some latitude on that, since the island is in the process of being settled by new people, with no pirate ties to the past. But still, I think you should give a nod to the history of the island, at least on the exterior.

Perhaps, in the front lawn, you could put a cannon or anchor with some shrubs and a couple rocks, maybe a small tree. Perhaps pirate-like exterior lights. Just something to tie in with the theme.

I think, if I were you, I would go eclectic on the decor of the interior. Perhaps primarily modern, with some pirate stuff thrown in, like pirate bar stools. Perhaps even some "antique" looking things sprinkled here or there, like a gramophone stereo, some spyglasses or things from the steampunk set. It wouldn't have to be much, but would act as a focal point to tie in with the theme of the island.
