Funny you should mention that. That's the latest thing I just uploaded last night, the New Barnacle Townhouses.

Saltbox style 3 unit Townhouses. 3 Bedroom 2 bath, 1 car garage, enclosed back yard. Fully furnished and landscaped, nicely decorated. No CC. Fully functional multiple dwelling only needs base game. Designed for Barnacle Bay @ 1705 New Barnacle Blvd. Replaces Angler's Apts.

Turns out you don't need Late Night at all to make functioning Apartments, so you get your neighbors even if you don't have that expansion.

I've also got Barnacle Fire Station No 1. it goes on the lot @ 63 Driftwood Dr. Downtown, behind City Hall.

The Stinkybeard Equestrian Center. Remove the house @ 27 Old Fisherman's Pass and put it there.

Mr Ed Memorial Horse's Course. You have to add a new lot for this one. There is an empty field with stripes just uphill of 27 Old Fisherman's Pass, and near the big Water Tower. Place a 50x25 lot there in the world editor, and put the course down there.

New Barnacle Bar. Replaces the Wanderer's Watering Hole @ 1451 New Barnacle Blvd with a Late Night bar that you can use as a Sports Bar, Local Watering Hole, or Dive Bar. Laundromat upstairs.

Vulture's Roost. This is a Vampire Bar for 15 Wanderer's Way, out past the Barnacle Boneyard. It's a Late Night bar, World Adventures tomb combo lot. Complete with Ghost Pirates.
