And here are my Barnacle Bay houses. So far these are all for empty lots, not rebuilds of existing empty and/or occupied houses.
Barnacle Bi-Kini
Cape Cod - Colonial style Duplex. 2 Bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, laundry, 1 car garage, basement. Fully furnished nicely decorated. Fully functional apartment/duplex. Only requires Base Game, not Late Night. No CC. Designed for Barnacle Bay @ 35 Old Fisherman's Pass.

And if you've read this far, I learned a trick for keeping the special Barnacle Bay mailbox when you bulldoze a lot. Go to one of the 20x30 empty lots. Add something to make it a house. I use the "Hefty Recycle Me" recycling bin, because I almost always use it. If I didn't use it, it's because I forgot. Anyway, when you go back to edit town mode, save it to the sim bin. Next time you bulldoze a lot, place the "house" there, and you've got the special mailbox all ready to go. Works for Lunar Lakes too, and I assume Hidden Springs.
