Looks like a very nice challenge! I wish I had more time to play two challenges right now!

By the looks of it, I would do epic with all sliders to the extreme right once you have the final breed that'll do the challenge proper. You can age up your Sim at any time afterall and the time you get on extreme-epic is way more than you'll ever need.
