These charming activities eventually got her kicked out by her sister. Undeterred, Dawn moved into an abandoned old villa, which she now proudly calls her home. The place is falling apart and desperately needs renovation, but she seems remarkably comfortable living among the dust and decay. In a town full of secrets, Dawn is quickly becoming one of them. Her parents perfect eco-utopia produced perhaps the most chaotic daughter possible.

Sean Pike, Alice Pike

Alice and Sean share one of the sweetest love stories to survive the destruction of Crimson Cliffs. Sean has been Alice's best – and only – true friend since childhood, and their bond gradually grew into deep love during their teenage years. Now married and settled in Buccaneer Bay after the evacuation, the couple is gently building their life together. Sean remains the calm, steady presence Alice has always relied on, while she brings her soft, reserved nature into their home. Though Alice knows very little about her early years, she sometimes feels an unexplained pull toward certain faces and names on the island – as if something from her past is quietly calling to her from just beyond reach.

Colin Pike

Colin is a true fisherman through and through, just like his late father. If there's a fish to be caught, Colin knows the best spots, the right bait, and exactly how to tell the tale afterward. His fishing stories, however, tend to grow impressively tall – so tall that locals have started to suspect he inherited his mother's journalist flair for dramatic storytelling. What started as ”I caught a decent-sized snapper” can quickly turn into an epic battle against a sea monster the size of a small boat. Whether he's actually the greatest fisherman on the island or just the best storyteller remains one of the Buccaneer Bay's favorite debates. Either way, Colin is always happy to take you out on the water – just don't believe everything you hear once the fish start biting.

Pearl Pike

Pearl is a dedicated journalist with sharp mind and an even sharper nose for stories. Much like her late mother, she has an almost supernatural ability to sniff out interesting news and events around the island. When she's not chasing leads or writing articles, Pearl loves spending time on the beaches fishing – a calm and grounding contrast to the fast-paced world of reporting. A true dog person at heart, she brings the same loyal, persistent energy to both her work and her hobbies. In a town full of secrets, Pearl is the one always ready to dig them up – whether with a fishing rod in hand or a notebook at the ready.
