Mix of traditional/victorian if possible! otherwise either is fine. :)
Which EPs and SPs do you have?
Everything as far as I am aware.
If you have Showtime, which edition do you have?
I really don't know, I've got Katy Perry's sweet treats ~and~ Showtime in my program files.
To make things easier, just don't include the extra stuff in the Katy edition of Showtime. :)
Lot size:
Whatever creator deems best.
Number of bedrooms:
4 bedrooms, 1 nursery, 1 spare-room>(study).
Specific instructions on decorating the bedrooms?
2 rooms for adults, 2 for children, 1 for baby/toddlers.
Adult rooms fit for purpose and moderate décor, kids rooms big enough for lots of toys/décor - same with nursery.
Spare-room with enough space for exercise machines, instruments, whatever activities, but don't include anything besides décor. Just want space free for whatever activities I pick for future sims. :)
Number of bathrooms:
2
Favourite colour schemes:
~Personally~ I only ever decorate my homes in black/white/grey colour schemes, but I'm sick to death of all my homes and sims being as Gothic as I am!
Please include some colour! Pastel colours preferred.
Colours you dislike:
Orange, yellow, brown, dark green~(light green is fine!), hot pink, burgundy/maroon
Do you want it furnished and decorated?
Yes please!
Can patterns from Create-a-Pattern be used?
Sure!

I've got too much to list. Anything is fine, if I don't have it I'll buy it. :)
Please list the Dr.Pepper and T-Mobile promotional items that can be used:
None.
If you will be placing this lot in an EA world, which one?
I tend to pick between Moonlight Falls, Sunset Valley, Hidden Springs. But it really doesn't matter, I don't mind if my lot appears "out of place" in accordance with the world.
Link to specific house or plan:
Special requirements?
The ~most~ important part of this build is that I only wish for it to be a one story home! (just a preference thing, easier to navigate c:) Two story is fine as long as it is for sexy roof purposes (lol) and not accessible to sims.
also,
Limited garden, no trees please, flowers/bushes are fine. Please leave terrain flat - but terrain paint is welcome.
Pool would be lovely, but no ponds or rivers please.
Kids outdoor area would be amazing! (Example: Tree-cubby house, seesaws, trampoline etc. mini park basically)
Additional instructions?
Thank you so so much! (there is not enough "so's" in the world to emphasise how grateful I am!) <3
p.s: I added spaces just so it was easier to read for myself and anyone else, if this is a problem just let me know and I'll edit/repost it. :)
p.p.s: Is there anything I have to do besides bookmark this thread? Thanks!
