Viper - Premade family

Backstory: Ronald was collecting seashells when Todd rowed ashore in a small boat with little Alice. Assuming Todd was life-battered single parent, Ronald promised to help him get back on feet. And thanks to Ronald's connections, the town gave the newcomers permission to stay temporarily in the abondoned house for free, and if Todd renovated it, the house would be theirs. Few years later, the house looked exactly as dilapidated as when they arrived and Todd kept promising to fix it... any day now.
Creator's note: The household has drawn its inspiration from the video game Detroit: Become Human and is based on the characters Todd and Alice (obviously) from the game. The house itself has also been built based on Todd Williams' house from DBH.
The Characters' personalities and the household's limited funds really add to its playability and makes it one of my favorite families.
The Ronald mentioned in the backstory is Ronald Hudson, who lives in the neighborhood with his wife Ruth.
Spoiler: There's been a mistake with the furniture in the house – the washing machine is missing, and there are two dryers instead... Guilty as charged 😬
