Hey, y'all! Since I've tweaked some things so I can actually PLAY again, I've decided to join this time. :) I'll still be helping Addy out with Custard, although I'm not sure how we're going to handle that.

I have installed the following Expansion Packs: Everything
I have installed the following Stuff Packs: Everything
I own the following Store Content: Seriously, again, everything. :) (Except the Dr. Pepper stuff, but does anyone actually own that?)
I own the following EA-made Worlds: All of them.
Some of my favorite colors are: Purple (all variants), wood tones, silver, gold, white. I have vision problems, so usually prefer bright colors (but not over-saturated) to things that are faded or dull.
I really don’t like this color: I don't care for orange or cyan except as pops or accents. Just not as a main color.
I love to use items from this set: Anything rococo, fairy tale, fantasy, or medieval.
I prefer to play in this EA-made World: Dragon Valley, although I don't object to any of the other store worlds, as I wouldn't mind trying some of them out.
I enjoy playing in this custom world (please include link): I used to play Cotes d'Ambonnay or pretty much any world by @Rflong7, but I can't until I get my new computer back from an RMA. So right now, no custom worlds.
I enjoy this style of build the most: Victorian, medieval, fantasy, rural.
I really don’t want this in my game: Things that are very urban or industrial.
I would or would not like lots in the following sizes: Any size, although right now I'd be looking for something 20x30.
I want/don’t want berry sims: I don't mind berry sims, especially if they're purplish. You can make a red Sim if it's someone from Barsoom. :)
I want/don’t want occult sims: I *love* occults. I very rarely play non-occults; I find them boring. Witches are my favorite, because they're so versatile. I don't play with mermaids or vampires, really; I prefer fairies, witches, and werewolves.
I want/don’t want pets in the household: I like cats, and maybe a dog if it's small.
Do you want your sims and/or pets skilled up for you? If so, how much? I would prefer to NOT have them skilled. I like doing the skilling myself.
Are there certain skills you want skilled because you really like having them ready when you start with a new sim or household? Nope, I don't want them skilled at all.
Are there particular skill items that you really like having in a build? Cooking is a necessity, of course. An easel is also a good idea. Then anything else that works for the build; I can also add more as I see fit, if there's room for it. I'd love the baking stove as well as a regular stove; I love to make pies.
How do your sims travel around town? Taxi ... vehicle ... bicycle/scooter ... horse ... broom? Brooms! I do not want a parking lot. Hate 'em. I always delete them in my worlds; they can cause problems with lag.
Other:
Although this gift exchange isn't specifically a holiday one, I would absolutely LOVE a Christmas decorated house on a 20x30 lot. (Where the short end faces the street.) I have a lot that size in my game that I'm playing, that I'd love to make my Sims' holiday home. :) There are also 30x40 (either end at the street), 30x30, and even a 25x30 (long end at the street) that could be used, if 20x30 seems too small for my buddy. Any of those would be fine. :) I don't have any empty lots bigger than that in this world, so I'd prefer nothing bigger than those, at the moment.
It's not a medieval game, although I still don't want a house to look modern. My Sims are already pretty skilled up, and they're both maxed out wizards, so whatever you think would work with that. I would prefer NO farming or gardening stuff; they have all that at their main home. My Sims are wealthy, so price is not an object; you can choose the most expensive of everything, if that's what looks best. There are no children in this family, and I don't play family style, so kids' rooms aren't needed. I can always add them later if/when I do need them.
I would prefer not only no CC, but no CAP. Also no photos that your Sims have taken, because those show up in Cleaner as CC. I think Sims-made paintings might be OK though; I don't think those show up in Cleaner. I'm pretty picky about that; I don't want to accidentally get any CC in my game that's going to stick to everything else.
Also...
I would NOT be a good fit for someone who wants an industrial/modern/urban style of build. I'm not interested in them, and I'm not comfortable making them. I doubt I would do as good of a job as someone more familiar with that style of build. I sometimes see really cool industrial or modern style of builds, but I know I would never think of doing some of the tricks that would make a build of that sort stand out, and not be simply ordinary. Otoh, I am very good with Victorian, Cape Cod, farmhouse, medieval, or more fantasy styled homes. I understand those architectural styles better.
