Khan Steppe - A Sims 3 Mongolian Custom World

Where the wind-scoured Mongolian mountains give way to vast grasslands lies Khan Steppe, a rugged landscape where traditional nomadic ways of life run deep. Branching off the lone highway, the crumbling Soviet-era concrete of Uushig Soum Centre serves as a gateway to the wilderness beyond, where traditional horsemen conquer the land and dominate the Naadam races. Welcome to my first ever custom world, Khan Steppe! It's inspired by modern rural Mongolia, specifically the northern and western parts where it's a bit greener. The world consists of a small Soum Centre (rural Mongolian village/town) with dirt roads, shops, a bar, a market square, bathhouse, some rabbit holes and permanent residential properties, and the roadless open steppe with 'tents' for Mongolian nomad type sims. Because the open steppe is roadless, horse ownership and riding proficiency is rewarded by the world!

Almost all packs are required, and some store content. The custom content required is limited and included as a cc_merged.package file along with the world download. It comes in both populated and unpopulated versions. Khan Steppe was built on the Sims University terrain, with some routing fixes and terrain smoothing :)
