Sure :) I haven't play-tested it yet though. I'm building something else on another of the pier lots for now but I'll upload it to the exchange before I quit my game.

I haven't used any CC aside from a lone pattern which should come with the lot.

Is it just me or are the others not textured with the wood properly? I keep having to replace parts of the pier too after buldozing what was on there - slightly annoying. Placing fences etc seems a bit finicky too.
