So sad how she lost her parents. :cry: And Jamie is right...it's difficult to lose your parents at any age and you feel like a piece of you is gone and your life will never be the same. (Not that I know this yet, but I know it's how I'd feel... :pensive: )

Jamie's first response when she asked how he got into Ghost Hunting ("Our house was haunted!") made me laugh so hard! :lol: I knew his story was going to be good! :grin: And oh how it was! Hard to believe that experience didn't get Damien believing in the Supernatural. ;) It sounds like Merv was very happy to pass his cash and valuables on to someone like Jamie who was so kind to him. :blush:
I wouldn't be surprised if there's a hint of occult blood in Jamie. :smirk: And I know what he means when he says he can walk into a building or a room and just sense things. That's happened to me before too. It's a beautiful gift. :blush:

Ha ha! :lol: Oh my, bless teen Damien's poor heart for losing his wallet (and bless him and Jamie's dates too! If I were one of those girls I would've felt SO bad! :grimace: ) At least the folks at the restaurant were kind enough to have the two work to pay for the meals, most fancy restaurants would've just called the police. :(

I personally totally would've gone with the romantic "chick flick" on the date, but it makes sense Mary choosing the Sci-Fi and it seemed to give her a little bit of brownie points in Damien's book. ;) (Not that she needed to earn any anyway. ;) )
His arms around her waist in that picture as she's raising her arms in the air. *sigh* <3 <3 And the one immediately after is beautiful too.

Bekka felt his light touch on her hand and the internal shakiness eases off. She suddenly feels calm and looks over at him in wonder. 'Does he know he's a healer,' she thinks to herself?

The waiter arrives with the check and Damien playfully hunts for his wallet while Mary giggles at him. He loves hearing that sound and wants to make her laugh and happy all the time.
