I just want to cry of joy, when there will be a happy end! I´m not very romantical, but I really like happy ends where I can cry for the protagonists! :D
Kassandra (English Cassandra) was the sister of Paris and the daughter of Priam, the king of Troy. She was so beautiful that the god Apollo gave her the gift of forseeing and he wanted to have her as his lover but she dissmissed him so he cursed her that nobody would believe her prophecies. She worked as an oracle of Apollo and made the prophecy that Troy would be destroyed by the Spartans through the Trojan Horse, but nobody believed her.
In ancient Greece and Rome there were a lot of oracles at the temples of the Greek and Roman gods. Most of them were scam artists, but Cassandra was a real oracle.
