Clockwork Manor a legacy house originally made for both MV and MH (it does need to change or erase the terrain for MH and remove probably the orange and red trees the cherry, plum and bamboo look ok though so up to you really). It is a legacy house and I may do a 2nd version but probably not until after ITTF comes out.
The rest were made for MV but I think fit in this world very well. Terrain painting or floor/landscape may e needed to blend better (especially if put on a bigger lot than it is, which may be necessary for the 30x32 lot since there is none that I can see so 40x40 is the next option).
