I can refuse an application if I feel it is best for the competition and for others so no you cannot. Last time you were in this competition you did not handle your elimination very well and were quite rude to me and the hard work I put into this competition for everyone. From what happened I do not want you back in and it is more than fair as well as the proof I have. I ask you to not make a scene or come back with more nasty comments or I will have to report you as I am trying to be as nice as possible in this situation. I also have asked others for their opinion and they agreed to just say no this time until you can show me and others that you can handle negative output.
